Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel their order before it will dispatch after placing it.

Return Policy:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are accept only in the case of damage & received wrong product.
  • Customers have to pay the charges of shipping and reverse shipping for product dislike returns.

2. Return Process:

    and a return authorization.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Used items not be eligible for refund.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable for canceled orders within the allowed time frame and approved returns.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed one we get back the product.

2. Refund Method:

    support team to arrange an alternative refund method.

  • Customized orders canceled after production initiation may be subject to a cancellation fee to
    cover incurred costs.
